Warriors Orochi 4 Update

Posted: 2 January I'm gonna leave this short and simple beacause i haven't played this game for a ton of time yet, if you are a fan of the Warrior's Franchises, PLAY THIS GAME. To keep it short and too the point, i've never played a Warriors Orochi game before. Quite frankly, i've only played Dynasty Warriors. And i was so stoked when they finally started to put them on PC. Well, Dynasty Warriors 8 was first and the controller support was non existant for it. Dynasty warrors 9 came out and i swore it couldnt be as bad as everyone said it was.it is and more.

Finally i saw Dynasty Warriors 7 got released and read positive reviews for it, but again controller support was not working for me. Now i'll admit i didn't take the time to try and search for a solution or anything, i was so fed up with all the ports that i just got my refunds and called it quits. Well, this one caught my eye today. I've heard of it, but never played it. I read the reviews and they are mostly positive. I watched a video review on youtube and they were generally positve so long as you are a fan of the genre. I searched about controller issues just to see if there were any, well there were a few problems.

But i was so bored of games i had i decided to try it. Well to my luck everything worked perfectly. The game itself, for a Warriors game is quite beautiful. I love the details in the characters and the moves and all the particles and such. The magic system in the game is something brand new to me (and to the game in general to my understanding) but i love it.

Warriors Orochi 4 Newest Patch 1.05 Overview/Review GOOD PATCH.

It just adds another layer of depth to a combat system that can be stale at this point in the series. The story is decent for what it is, and from what i'm seeing its just one big campaign. No different campaign for every character you pick. And you get to pick 3 characters to switch between in the battle each time.

It's neat to be able to play different play styles throughout each level. I will say, its not really my taste in the Warrior's games to have all this customization and stuff.

I just like these games to be simple hack and slash button mashers and not much else. But theres some slight rpgish elements and some slight depth for those who enjoy it. The game itself plays like a dream. Everything is maxed out and the only time i see my framerate drops is when using certain magic moves in large crowds, but it never becomes unplayable. Other than that it stays at a constant 60fps.

While i do hope future games become unlocked framerate, i will take 60 for now. And btw, there is constant V Sync, no way to turn that off in the menus.

Warriors Orochi 4 Update 1.06

I haven't gotten to try anything online yet. It seems fairly simple and i enjoy the fact that while playing the campaign before i start each level it asks if i do wanna play cooperatively with someone online. Again, i haven't tested it out yet because i have been really sucked into the campaign and just relishing on the fact that a Warrior's game is finally running well and correctly on PC. If it doesn't work i will adjust this review accordingly. My only other slight gripe is the fact that the only voice acting is in Japanese.

I'm not personally into the Japanese voice acting, it makes it harder to focus on the story, especially during the battles when they are talking but i cant read and play at the same time. But thats just personal preference/me being slightly slow when it comes to reading haha. It doesn't really deter from anything, i just miss knowing everything thats happening constantly.

Stellar ost to pst converter. I would suggest everyone to use advance PDS OST to PST Converter software to convert your OST file to different formats such as PST, EML, MSG, PDF, HTML and MBOX. This software is useful in different MS Outlook versions such as 97, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016. This software is capable to convert light or heavy OST files.

Honestly, if you like any of the Warrior's games, just pick this up. I have been so hesitant because of the other ports but i decided to try it anyways.

I am BEYOND satisfied with my purchase, even at $48 (on sale). I am just glad to finally be able to scratch this itch of wanting to button mash through crowds of enemies and finally enjoy one of my favorite franchises on my computer for the first time. Console is fun, but we all love our framerates and our graphics high dont we? BUY THIS GAME!

Added 'Special Team Combinations Effects' that allow players to gain bonuses by forming specific teams. Corrected an issue in which weapon element effects were not applied to certain attacks of certain characters.

Corrected an issue in which the game would sometimes stop if players attempted to deploy for battle using specific teams. Corrected an issue in which the Rage state would end after using Unique Magic. Corrected an issue in which battle objectives could not be cleared when playing some scenarios online. Corrected a number of other issues.

Posted: 5 January I have been playing Dynasty Warriors games since the first one back on Playstation 1; I have also played some of the other series and spinoffs like Mystic Heroes, DW Gundam, One Piece Pirate Warriors, Samurai Warriors, etc. I LOVE these games.

This one is no different. However, a big draw for me buying this game was the online co-op experience, and sadly I have not been able to get it to function at all.

Upon choosing to play online, you are given the option to create a room or join into another players' game session. I have NEVER been able to find a session with another player. Even when I choose 'Any' for chapter select and difficulty options, I immediately get a message saying no sessions could be found; it gives an error code, and when I searched around for answers online, I saw many others posting about it, but no helpful answers.

There was apparently a patch that was supposed to fix online play, but I have seen no difference at all; I have literally NEVER found a lobby, or had anyone join mine. The only Koei Tecmo game I EVER got to work online was Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate Edition on Xbox One; and even that was a bit buggy, but it WORKED.

This game's online simply does not seem to function. Ultimately, if you're a long time fan of the series/games like I am, I would recommend picking it up on sale like I did, but expect to play solo. It's still a perfectly good installation in the series for that, but if you want to hop in with a friend or jump in with people online, I would advise you pass on this.

If the online play is fixed, I will adjust this review accordingly.
